Aisha Jamila Hinds is a popular American actress. Her fame is due to her roles in the the TV show The Shield, and True Blood. Since her debut in 2003 she has proved her ability as an actress by giving remarkable performances in TV series like 9-1-1 Detroit 1-8-7, and Under the Dome. Anna's role on Assault on Precinct 13 was her first major breakthrough. The first time she was recognized was for her role in the biographical movie All the Way. Hind also earned high praise for her performance as Harriet Tubman on WGN America's historical drama Underground. She currently stars on the procedural drama series 9-1-1 in the leading role of firefighter/paramedic Henrietta Hen Wilson. 20th Century Fox Television announced that the series will continue for an additional season. The show was renewed for a third season by 20th Century Fox Television. Hind wrapped filming for the Hollywood film Godzilla: King of the Monsters that is set for release by mid-2019.
